QTS Founding Executives
Doug Wilder, President / CEO
Doug has been a driving force in building shareholder value for the last 20 years in three organizations. He was instrumental in founding QTS in August 2001. Doug provides the day-to-day management of the organization and holds a seat on the Board of Directors. Previously, Doug was Director of U.S. Sales for a startup medical device packaging interest and directed its commercial plan. He formerly worked as a regional sales manager for Comm Scope General Instruments.
Doug is highly recognized within the medical packaging industry and brings an extensive network of industry contacts that QTS and our customers can rely on. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from St. Cloud State University.
Heang Srun, VP of Manufacturing
Heang has over 25 years of experience managing and working in cleanroom manufacturing environments. He has extensive experience in all aspects of cleanroom manufacturing, including: assembly and packaging, process validation, staff scheduling, supervision, and quality control.
Previously, Heang managed operations for Seagate Technologies, Medtronic, Inc., and LumiLife Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and completed four years of medical school.
Gerry Gunderson, VP of Engineering
Gerry’s experience in the packaging industry spans 21 years and includes positions at Pillsbury, Medtronic, Pfizer and seven years as a principal at G2 Design, Inc., a contract medical package design firm. Gerry holds Bachelor of Science degrees in computer engineering and business management from the University of Minnesota. He is the education co-chair and a member of the Labeling Task Group for the IOPP Medical Device Technical Committee.
