Before most medical devices arrive in a QTS cleanroom for assembly, they must pass through a cleaning process to remove contaminates and minimize bioburden. Depending on the device, the material type and amount of impurities found on the device, we can provide a variety of effective, industry regulated cleans.

From an ultrapure DI water system to solvent cleaning to a passivation process, QTS ensures every medical supply item receives the highest level of cleanliness as required by our customers and industry standards.

After each device meets the necessary standards for cleanliness, it passes directly into the cleanroom for assembly.

Cleaning Validations
At QTS, we understand that determining the most appropriate method for cleaning a part and the required testing (residual detection and identification, biocompatibility, etc.) can be a challenge.
